finally posting

okay i know its been a while since ive updatedsorry life has been a tad hectic. ive moved into a new apartment. i live in capitol whre alternative lifestyles are the main thing! i gto the chance to meet a few of my neighbors pretty cool people espically since they offered me food on monday night! hey i cant pass up free food!

the nice thign abotu where i live is there is a grocery store right across the street from me its called QFC and its a three levle store with everythign its pretty cool!

now that im having to get up early starbucks has become my friend!

i did up finding a church to attend but since ive been movig and stuff going has beeen slim.

work is still going okay i have a coworker who is somewhat annoying but its okay cuz i really dont think she will last long!

okay i need sleep!

start of week three

okay my week has started and its not off to a good start! my friend april has been sick! i think its gods way of gettign my attention! btu i get my first pay check this week woo hoo! i didnt do anythign over the weekend which i sort of liked!


But i did get a llittle home sick!!

My first twomy apartment is okay its small but still has alto space! weeks in seattle

but its still a pretty secular work enviroment!hey everybody,

yes im in seattle ive started working!! my job is going okay ive met alot of nice people. please be praying for opportunites to share christ although thats gunna be a little tough cuz alot peope. are either blidn or deaf blind!

my apartment is okay its small but still really spacious! i actually got the same apartment that my friend april stayed in!

i know too shor t of an update but ill post more stuff soon!

being sick not fun!

okay i got a sore throat on friday! then it turned into a sinus infection yuck! i lost my voice on sunday at worship priase and prayer. monday i woke up with no voice went to the doctor got put on an antibiotic. Today doing a tad better my voice is coming back slowly im still really congested!

i leave thursday hopefully i will feel better by then but at the rate im felling now i dont think its gunna happen!

last sunday at faith

okay well i got through my last sunday at faith!! im already missing it even though i have not even left scv yet!! Thank you homebuilders for a great send off! the notes were very encouraging! And i actually read through them all!!

i love you guys and fcc will always be my home church!!

Last night of college group

well last night was my last night of college group! Thank you illumine for an awesome send off!! I love you guys and i will be praying for you!!

one more day to get through that will be sunday! Wow i cant believe how fast the time went i cant believe i leave for seattle on thursday!! But iam so thankful to God for this opportunity!

I will update once i get my computer hooked up in seattle!!

last week at church

okay im heading into my last week at fcc. i can tell you after being at church today i really dont want to go! but i know god is leading me to seattle! im gunna miss everybody so much!

my last week at faith

well im heading into my last week at fcc its gunna be a very emotional week! God is doing some pretty amazing things right now and im sad to be leaving at avery exciting time at our church!

please keep praying for me as i transtion to seattle im very scared but im excited to see what god is gunna do with it.

its snowing in washington

alright ive been watching the news website up in washigton they are having a bad snow storm! but nothing like they had in november. but if it snows again in two weeks im in trouble.

so getting used to weather change is gunna take a while!! ive lived in california for too long. the only time i see snow is when either my family goes to mammouth or when college group has winter camp!!

rain i can deal with snow im not sure!!

Bump in the road

okay ive been trying to get a bus pass for seatttle and trying to do it from here isnt working out to well!! so im a tad frusterated!!

im seeing my eye doctor tomorrow im hoping a letter from then will work but i dont think it will!!

if you own a car be very greaful that you do having to use public transportation can sometimes be a pain!

randomness

okay i cant think of anything to say excpet that almost everythingis done that i needed to get done while im still here in scv! im just a couple weeks away from leaving! my brother tom works for fedex so wre shipping my new desktop computer once it gets here. i have stuff on my dads comp that i need to take off and put on to mine! I alos got a new digital camera last weekend so i will be taking pics of my adventures in seattle!

they wont be many but we will see!!!

its still really cold in seattle im hoping ill miss some of the bad weather that they are having.

my mom thinks im nuts for moving there she hates the cold!

thankful

okay ive said this many times how good god has been through this whole thing. im very thankful for his goodness and grace! But as i get closer to leaving the question of Lord i am ready to do this keeps coming up in my mind.

as scared, nervous, as iam to leave im sad too. I thought for sure id be at fcc longer id thought for sure id live in scv the rest of my life and never move out of my parents house but God has is showing me that growing up is a very good thing!!

A ton of scripture has just recently hit me in the last day or two. and ive been overwhelmed!

There have been many things that ive gone through in the last few years and im like god what are you going to do with this? im reffering to the trials ive faced being a believer!


so whats next nothing but perserverence as I move to seattle!

2007!!

Okay im just a few weeks away from leaving! our plane tickets have been purchased now there is no turning back!! (wait a sec jenny you said our plane tickets) yes my parents are coming with me to get settle in and help me do a few other things!!!

my mom is doing a little better shes still havng a hard time cuz im the last one to leave the nest!! i know she really wants me to stay!

so like i say pray pray pray!!

seattle update getting close!

okay i leave for seattle in a few weeks! im excited and scared at the same time but god has been so good. my mom is doing a little bit better with me leaving. i know its gunna be hard on her. But i know that moving to seattle is part of gods plan for me right now!

shopping at christmas=insane

okay i went with my mom to toys r us never again will i go shopping the week before christmas. it took forever in line people are just in sane.

okay i have yet another connection in finding a church in seattle! this is a huge praise!! I was at WPP last night and told them that i will be leavingat the end of january i didnt want to say when my last sunday would be cuz i didnt want to think that far ahead. But lets just say the time is gunna fly!!

i got the job

i will be leaving the last two weeks of january hopefully my start date will be january 29th. im sad to be leaving but im excited to be moving to seattle. please keep praying espically to find a church up there.

phone call on friday

okay i got a phone call from the lighthouse saying they are holding one spot for me in th partments right next door!! im very happy about that.

still no offiical leave date yet but they are in a big hiring mode becuz boeing aircraft just signed a new contract.

oh and ive pulled a muscle in my lower back from picking up my niece sophia so im just in a little bit of pain!

okay my last update didnt post so this is a test im wondering if this has something to do with the fact that im using IE 7 or maybe its just blogger. oh well!

good news

well i found out that one of fccs members are moving to tacoma in june. and they want to keep in contact with me so im very thankful for that.

im still looking for a church seattle is a very unchurched city so its gunna be a little tough.

but i know god is faithful and he will provide!

im hoping to have an official leave date soon!

yeah i know the christmas colors are chessy but i thought id do it just for fun!

long week

okay its been a very long week ive been babysitting. today i had to go to the dentist to do a cleaning and check up. but yay no other work needs to be done!

im still waiting for an offical date from seattle lighthouse. but since the weather up there has been really bad this week i dont think anybody went in.

i know my mom is praying that i wont go up there. but hopefully it wont be too bad when i go up there at the end of january.

stressed!

okay im already feeling the stress of moving out! there is so much stuff that i have to be thinking about my brain is in overload! i still havnet got an official date yet im still waiting for that to happen.

leaving home is not gunna be fun

my mom does not want me to leave i understand that but sometimes you have to let your kids go!

Black friday

okay i decided to go shopping with my mom and never again will i go the day after thanksgiving! actually the only reason why i went cuz my sister in law suhalia and my niece alia went. we only went to two places but it was still pretty crazy!

job update

okay i got an email from tony today asking me if i wanted to stay in the center park apartments i said yes. i get to live there free for three months then i have to find something on my own! please be praying!

Thanksgiving

okay thanksgiving is in two days and it has not phased me yet. kind of like halloween didnt either. hmm something is wrong with this picture.

anyway im truly thankful to god for everything he has gotten me through in thesse last few months.

so now im playing the waiting game again stuff is gunna happen really fast the day i hear something. im hoping i will hear something by december.

Life and its many suprises

well lets just say my family is going through alot right now! my sister siomara is planning on getting married in the summer. im moving out of my parents house so i dunno how to feel at this point. but everyemotion you could think of im going through.

back from seattle

well im back!

but you knew that already! my interview went great and i will be moving to seattle im hoping by late january!

im leaving for seattle in two weeks to do my in person interview! yup my parents are still coming with me and my niece sophia is coming too!!

Job update

im going up to seattle to do an interview on november 3rd yay!! im excited my parents will be coming with me dont worry im coming back home if i get the job i proalby wont leave until january!!

phone interview

yay i will do my phone interview on either thursday or friday morning!!

okay im heading into i believe its my third week of waiting! its already starting to make me nuts! please pray for patience for me! i may not even get up to seattle until 2007 it took my friend april almost a year to get up there!
